This Privacy Policy explains how Jenizo IT Tech Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”)
collects, uses, and protects information when you use the KUSHI ONE platform (passenger and driver
mobile applications). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with applicable
data-protection laws.
1. Information We Collect
Personal information: name, email, phone number, emergency contact and profile photo.
Passenger information: phone number verified via Firebase Phone OTP, saved home / work / favourite addresses.
Ride information: pickup and destination addresses, fare, ride start / end time, route travelled, cancellation reason and ride status.
Digital ticket information: ticket ID, driver / vehicle number, fare breakdown, payment status and QR verification data.
Driver KYC documents: Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, RC, Permit, Insurance, PUC, Fitness certificate, passport photo and live selfie.
Vehicle information: vehicle type, number and registration documents.
Payment information: subscription / platform-charge payments and passenger ride payments processed via Razorpay. Card / UPI credentials never touch our servers.
Location data (GPS): real-time location during an active ride (driver and passenger) and pickup / destination coordinates for matching and fares. We do not track your movements when you are not on an active ride.
Device information: device model, OS, app version, push-notification token and an app-generated random identifier used for single-device session security (no IMEI / advertising ID).
Support & chat: in-ride chat messages, support requests, feedback and ratings.
2. How We Use Your Data
Verify identity and eligibility to ride or drive on the platform (Firebase Phone OTP).
Match passenger requests to the nearest eligible driver using live GPS.
Calculate transparent fares and generate signed digital tickets with QR verification.
Process payments, driver platform charges and settlements via Razorpay.
Deliver digital tickets to passengers on WhatsApp.
Send ride-status push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Prevent fraud, enforce one-active-device-per-account security, and respond to support requests.
3. Data Security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
Authentication uses server-side revocable sessions; tokens are stored in the device's secure keystore.
Legacy passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes — never in plaintext.
Payment card data is never stored by us — Razorpay processes payments in PCI-DSS compliant environments.
Driver KYC documents are accessible only to the owning driver and authorised personnel; access is server-authorised and audit-logged.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Firebase — phone OTP authentication and push notifications (FCM).
Google Maps Platform — geocoding, maps and route calculation.
Razorpay — payment processing.
Meta WhatsApp Cloud API — digital ticket delivery to passengers.
Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use
third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
KYC documents are retained while your account is active plus statutory retention periods.
Ticket and transaction records are retained for tax and audit compliance (up to 8 years).
Delete Account (in-app): Profile → Delete Account permanently removes your personal
information (name, phone, photo, driver documents), signs you out on all devices and disables the
account. Transaction records required by law are retained without your personal details.
6. Your Rights
Access, correction and machine-readable export of your data.
Deletion of your account and personal data (in-app or via support), where legally permissible.
Withdrawal of consent for optional processing at any time.
7. Children
The platform is intended only for adults (18 years or older). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
